Basic Drawing - Part 2: The Eyes, Mouth and Nose

Now the we have the shape of our head, the next step is to add the facial features, eyes, mouth and nose. The eyes deserve a tutorial on there own and we will cover this in more detail later once we have completed a basic anime head/face.
Although the placement of the eyes varies from character to character, and depending on style, in general they should be placed in the bottom part of the head. Once you have placed the eyes, next is the nose, which is placed about halfway between the eyes and the chin (just below the circle). Directly below this is the mouth.
Next you need to remove the guide lines and add the detail to the eyes. You now have the basic shape of the face completed, you can add whatever you like to this, hair, jewelry, etc..
